Hopkins & Allen was a manufacturer in the 19th century. As fopr shooting black powder shells in it, that would be period correct. Depending on the condition of the barrels, you MIGHT be able to actually use the weapon. I'd make sure that a qualified gunsmith, one who works on black-powder antiques, checked it out thoroughly. Many of these were damascus barrels, and over the years the black powder residue caused rusting that's not readily seen. A burst barrel can ruin your day, as well as your vision, your hands, etc.
Might be better to clean her up, oil her down, and hang it over the mantle.
