No question, hands down winner in this question would be the PTR.
I believe it was Interordnance I spotted on my last perusal (a few days ago) of SGN that had excellent to like-new HK G3A3 sets for $300. That's everything except the receiver, although the trigger pack will need working over to stay atf compliant. As well, you'll need to keep your American parts compliant as well.
For $300, you MIGHT be able to get a bolt and trigger group for a '14 in decent shape.
In either case, I think it's much ado about almost nothing. Breaking a '14 or a HK91 isn't likely.
I've quit accumulating parts anyway. Some time back, I thought to myself "if the firing pin goes in my '14, I want to have a complete spare bolt assy already headspaced to drop in" and went that way. It made fixing a firing pin, if that case ever came about, faster and easier.
Later I thought of WHY I would want to do that. I've got an extra bolt, piston, and trigger assy for packing out on some extended trip, but elsewise it'd be even faster and easier to pick up a second '14, slap a mag in, and go.
