| Pre-1968 Marlin Model 25
I bought mine completely disassembled from an estate and I figured out how to put it back together so that it shoots. I got the schematics from Marlin and all the parts were there so that made it a lot easier. However I would like to know if someone, who is really good at this, has a written process that does not have me fumbling around like I did the first time? Not that I intend to take the bolt or trigger apart again anytime soon but it is always good to have instructions around for when we pass these on to our kids. The videos that I saw online were either about field stripping it or did not show what they were actually doing and often they were by someone doing it for the first time themselves. I think if I was to make a video for posting I would practice a few times before posting it. |

Gene1957, WELCOME ABOARD. IF I remember correctly the NRA has the disassembly/assembly instructions. - Before doing anything else, I would call the NRA & ask, IF it was my .22 BA rifle. yours, sw |
