AimSurplus German k98 Mauser??
Anyone have one, buy one, seen one? I've got a M1 Garand, 1903A3 and have an itch for the Mauser.
Was wondering how they shot, functioned??

I just got mine on Friday. I bought the $160 version (with pinged out swastikas). The bore is fine and the rifling appears strong, but I haven't shot it yet. Mine is still in pieces right now as I'm removing all the gunk the Russians put in the stock. Don't expect a collector's piece, as mine appears to have a lot of mismatched parts.
Here's a quick picture I snapped before I took it apart:

I have had mine for about a year now, I paid the hand pick fee because I had wanted walnut. after refinishing, it came out beautiful and the bore is mint. shoot great. all my markings were intact.
