Browning Hi power 9mm

Hello,
I recently got a Browning Hi power 9mm, the serial number begins with 245PTXXXXX. Could anybody tell me what the markings around the trigger guard, r/s front mean. It looks like a S with aresenal bomb, I beleive this to be a civilian model. Slide reads BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. MADE IN BELGIUM

245 = 9mm

PT = 1986

Can't tell you any more than that without digging out my books.
