| Pageing Crazy Horse experts... Please step inside.
Hi Guys.... I recently came into a Springfield M1a loaded model, with the match tuned trigger and medium weight match BBL. Heres the deal... I can't afford a Crazy Horse rifle, but would like to change the flash hider for a vortex and use the SE Gas cylinder lock sight dovetail. So that it look like a representation of a Crazy Horse rifle. Heres the parts. http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=2522 ... ECT_VORTEX http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=2522 ... T_DOVETAIL Question is, are there any modifications I need to make to the BBL and do I need the SE gas cylinder ? http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=2709 ... __CYLINDER Any thing else I'm missing, please fill me in. Thanks.... Lee. |

Aside from the cheek pad, leather sling, scope mount, scope rings, and scope, it will look like a M21A5 by installing a SEI flash hider and gas cylinder lock front sight. You don't need to do anything to the barrel or gas system to make it LOOK like the M21A5. The M21A5 uses advanced technology parts. The M21A5 is a muscle car, it's mostly what you don't see under the hood that makes it what it is. See the canon for complete details.
