Orlando, You seem to be luckier than "the average bear"!!!! = I've looked for a "serviceable" RAA/RAAD rebuild for YEARS, with ZERO LUCK. - I was born & raised near there, KNEW many of the LSAP & RRAD employees & RRAD was well-known for the excellent depot rebuilt Garands that they did. (A fellow at the CMP North Store about 4-5 years ago, even "went to the back" to look through the "back stock" W/O success, in the days when CMP had LOTS of SG garands.) yours, sw |

Couple more 60's rebuilds I have This is a SA Garand that was rebuilt by Toole Arsenal, has TE 8-64 for Tooele August -1964 electric penciled on reciever legs .This rifle has a different silvery colored parkerizing. There is no wear to finish so it must have been used very little after being rebuilt ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This is is a WRA Letterkenny Arseanl rebuild . It is from a serial range that had duplicate serial numbers with Springfield. It has the letter "A" electric penciled at the end of the serial. This was done when two rifles with the same serial were used/stored at the same location Also had a orange triangle ink stamp on the bottom or grip which usually gets rubbed off ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
