Hammer spring guide plunger

I have several hammer spring plungers without wings. Some have flat sides and some have rounded sides. I always thought the flat sided plungers were WRA, but see Duff's red book shows a couple of original WRA's with rounded side no wing plungers. Can anyone tell me which plungers were used by WRA, SA, HRA, and IHC?

ALL post war Garands used the guides without wings, during WW-II, WRA started to use the guides without wings around 2,380,000 BUT the type 1's were used, mixed in wiith WRA's until end of production...As for SA they started to use the guides without wings around 2,700,000 but same as WRA, used the guide with wings also until the end of WW-II production 3,890,000

Thanks for the response. The question I have about wingless plungers is who used the different types. Some wingless plungers have flat sides and some have rounded sides. The difference in the two types is very apparent. I always thought the flat sided ones were WRA but just noticed Duff's book shows a couple of original WRA rifles with round side plungers, so now I wonder if my previous info is wrong. Also, which type did SA, HRA, and IHC use? Iv'e got both types of plungers, just not sure which rifles to use them on.
