Home parkerizing questions

I've seen where some of the guys here have done it with great sucess. I'm thinking about trying this out on small parts.
Can anyone offer me advice on what products to buy? I know I need a stainless steel pot and a little gas stove. I am looking to do this the simplest way possible, as I don't plan on doing it much.
Thanks in advance for your help.

You can buy the individual ingredients on ebay or premixed from Brownells. Since you don't need much, I might go the Brownells rout and get a quart of concentrate (which make up about 2 1/2 gallons of solution). Here is a good link: http://www.jouster.com/articles30m1/parkerizing.html

Also, do a search in the forum. There are many posts on the how-to's of parkerizing.

You can also use a enamel cannig pot. For barrels and oprods I use a 3 inch pvc pipe.

Thanks everybody.
Warbird, the tanks are probably more than I need. If I ever do a barrel or reciever, its probably heading your way. I don't mind messing up a buttplate, but a receiver.......anyways, as soon as I get a little cash put away (and learn to resist the CMP), I'm going to be in touch about you building me a M1A.
Wow, that site has a ton of info. Thanks.
