Introduction year of Type 2 M-1 Carbine stripper clips?

What year did the Type 2 M-1 Carbine stripper clip come into service?

I am talking about the change from stripper clips with attached spoons versus the newer type with the M-16 style stripper clips with out attached chargers.

Can't give you any exact date, but the strippers with the attached spoons were still in use during the Korean War.

Makes sense. The stripper clips were adopted in 1948.
