Winchester M1 barrel band question

I bought a Winchester M1 a few months ago. It was claimed to come from an estate. It appears to be all correct to me. The gun came wrapped in some old red paper and the stock is very dry.

It came with one big flaw , which was clearly stated in the sale - the barrel band has no sling loop.

The main question: Does the barrel band look correct? Is there a source for the correct sling loop if so?

Also the extractor has a silver finish similar to the rest of the gun rather. Did Winchester make non-blued extractors?

Here are some pics

I posted this on another forum but didn't get much useful information.

Thanks for any info.

Looks like 1A barrel band that's missing the sling loop. You need this: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/1L100-Orig-W...4AAOSwVLRah5tf

Your extractor not matching is because it's a replacement extractor, which is not uncommon at all. Extractor is one of the more frequently broken parts on an M1 Carbine.

As stated in the OP I was aware of the missing loop. Thanks for the link but that is the wrong manufacturer and style. This gun takes the type 1A and it should be unmarked. Everything else on the gun in Winchester so I assume the band is correct but unsure if it is a repo. I'd be surprised but it's possible.

It doesn't look like a repop. A Winchester band should have two very round weld scars. Yours appear to meet that description. There are some other small details that also appear correct.
