M2 mag catch?

Can someone please show me a pic of the differences between it and a standard M1 Carbine mag catch? TIA

Don't have a pic offhand. It has a "finger" along the left side that supports an extra catch along the left side of the 30 round magazine. These were originally for the select fire M-2 but can be used on the M-1.
In fact if you want to use 30 rnd mags on the M-1 the M2 catch is highly advised.
