Check Brownells, I do believe Les Baer makes Super/9 mm slides. Maybe Numrich?

Good call. They have 'em. Will probably run about $300.

I found one on Rock Island, too, for about $200.

Rock Island calls it a 9mm. Caspian calls it a .38/9mm, which is reassuring, and offers the option of external extractor.

Checked Brownell's earlier, nothing (and they're out of stock on most stuff they DO list). Nothing from Numrich, either.

Baer might have it but I prolly couldn't afford it. I was just on his site yesterday looking at something else I was actually interested in buying, but there was no price listed for it, not a good sign. I guess you're supposed to call them up and order on the phone, or something.

I've been watching their catalog since around the time I joined this august community... when the time comes to build my Longslides, they're the first ones I plan to call and see if they can do the special work required.

Hey Doughboy, got your bags packed for the South American Experience yet?
Like Dorothy said clicking her heels, ain't no place like Home!
Texas may be as close to Latin America as you can get in CONUS, but even Texas is still back home.

Time for a Florida Cracker to raise a few hackles:
I am in love with just one spot in Texas. Just smack dab right in the center. It's a spot not a town. The reason that I'm in Love with the geo coordinates smack dab in the center of Texas is: Every step that I take from that central point, I'm leaving.. LOL LOL LOL.
