It is listed as rapid fire on the most popular list.
I believe it is the Glock G-18.

First Glock i've seen with an external hammer. But then, I've never seen a Glock 18 before.

The glock 18 does not have a hammer. I am not sure what the pistol in the video is but it is not a glock. I had an opportunity to shoot a glock 18 a few years back it is a fun gun to shoot just not very practical (shoots to fast for a mag fed sub gun).

The video link just takes you to the main satoalt.com page.

The "hammer" that you're talking about is probably the fire selection system for Glocks made by FSS-G. The unit replaces the rear slide cover plate.

nbkky71 is correct. Look closely at the rear of the slide. It's not a hammer, but a knob, and it moves with the slide, and not like a hammer cocking.

And if you got to FSS-G's web site you'll find that the video in the OP was lifted from FSS-G.

I've seen a home made version of that device that someone made in a machine shop. It was in the pocket of a bad guy who was a arrested with a glock on him. The device was found in his pocket and wasn't immediately recognized as what it was. I was impressed by the ingenuity of the thing and how sharp somebody was to come up with it.
