| Palmetto State Armory
Have people had good experiences with them? I placed an order a week ago, they charged my card, yet the order is still 'processing.' I called, they said that it was still in process. Seems like a really long time for a magazine and some ammunition. Am I just being paranoid? I don't live in California, so I don't have restrictions (yet). Thoughts? I've bought from them with no issues although due to their sale volume hot items sell out fast and sometimes your order has to wait for a restock.

Charging the card prior to shipment isn't the way any of the places I do business with work on stuff on back order/out of stock. Now, they may be swamped and/or borrowing your money. Not really any way to tell. In the event of issues, don't bother contacting them, dispute the charge on the credit card. That usually results in that card freezing their account and WILL get their attention. I did this with the first and last outfit that billed me, shorted the shipment and said they'll get back to me. Issue was resolved inside of 48 hours of dispute of charges. |

They are sometimes slow. I've never had them not deliver. I've spent thousands of dollars there. I wouldn't be concerned. |

One thing to watch for, sometimes their FSB's are a little off of vertical. If you use lo-pro gas blocks and rails that may not matter as much...

I've had good, but slow, performance from PSA. I ordered an Upper a bolt/carrier and charging handle. The charging handle was shipped separately and they notified me. I bought one locally, assembled the rifle, took it to the range and when I got back, the handle was in the mail. Geoff Who is quite pleased with the result, but I need to lube it and get it to the range..sigh..schedules. |

Finally received my order from them. Took almost three weeks. Good quality. I'll have to order again and see if shipping is as long next time. But I'm happy I received what I ordered, even if it took a while. Mike. |
