It worked when I tested it and still works for me.

That was December 2014, just FYI. That's part of why most of our prosecutors are declining to charge except as an "add-on"... still don't like the idea that if my aunt has to be the Designated Responder to a break-in with my iron that we both are in legal jeopardy over the "undocumented transfer."

We raised a court challenge, got thrown out for "lack of standing," can't get a rehearing until somebody's popped as a test-case--and the kinds of test cases we'd WANT, the prosecutors are as noted refusing to file.

I'm all for it as long as nothing gets out of hand. I don't want to see another situation like the Cliven Bundy thing. PEACEFUL disobedience.
