NcStar Service and Quality?
Anyone have and has had any NcStar Optics ?
I'm looking into their Rangefinding recticle illuminated 10-40x50mm
running just under 200, I find that rather cheap, and there should be a reason for that, just looking if that reason is obvious.

I believe that you'll find them labeled as Made In China. Quality is hit-or-miss. I doubt that I'd trust them to work for very long on anything larger than a rim-fire.
Nikko-Stirling is supposedly quite improved, and are from, IIRC, Australia.

i've had good luck with their pistol scopes- nad, being in the states, the warranty applies- if it's screwed, just send it back- you CAN'T LOSE- they don't honour the warranty in CANADA, HOWEVER

I too have three of their pistol scopes that I use as poor man's Scout Scopes on various rifles like 7/08, 308, etc and they have yet to fail in any way. I can't say anything for any of their other models one way or the other.
