Read Scott Duffs M14 Owner's Guide. This will give you a good handle on how to prep the rifle so that you'll be able to get it apart without having to use a saw.
The Kuhnhausen manual has a decent section, but is geared towards the well-equipped expert and is mostly just a bunch of illustrations showing various bedding schemes.
Depending on the extent of the bedding you want, you may end up pouring epoxy in five or six different stages.
