The need to move the action bar slightly to the rear has to do with moving the selector lever from full auto to semi auto. When you move the selector lever from FA to SA, the selector lever has to lift up the disconnector bar (I think that's the name) that has the foot on it that catches the back of the action bar in full auto. In FA, the foot catches, and as the action bar closes the action, the disconnector releases the hammer. When at rest, the disconnector foot will be hooked into the action bar, and if you try to slide the selector to SA, you'll most likely bend the selector extension, as it is not strong enough to lift the foot out of the action bar. If you pull the action open 1/4 inch, the disconnector will release, and the selector will be able to slide under it, keeping it from catching the action bar in SA. If the selector is bent, you will run FA when the selector is set to SA or FA either one.

Ok, I'm game. Let's see if I can post some pics of a few of my toys.
The first is my 60.

Ok, last one for now. Oly w/AK shorty upper. If I get bored, I'll post some of the C&R MG's or more subguns.

Nice guns, v188.
May I ask what is the first on on top of this page? The one with the wood grip and triangular site protector ears???

Tommy Gun,

It's a Stemple 76/45. Uses grease gun mags. I've also got a 9mm barrel and bolt, but I've never used the 9mm layout.

Kind looks like a SW76 or "K"?

The S&W76 is one I was thinking of....or a "Carl Gustav."
Just didn't look quite right for those...though.
Thanks!
