Civilian flamethrower ownership

With another snow storm on the way it's looking like an interesting idea...

No more shoveling the walk
But it might disturb the neighbors just a little bit

Re: Civilian flamethrower ownership

Old thread, but it's my understanding that the Feds don't regulate flamethrowers . . . I've heard that some farmers use them for clearing weeds.

Hmmm . . . let's see, fill a couple of tanks with gasoline/napalm mixture, pressurize it, strap it to my back, and squirt it out (after igniting the stream) . . . all using hardware that's likely to be older than I am.

No thanks . . .

Re: Civilian flamethrower ownership

Guy showed up with a GI flamethrower on Pawn Stars a few weeks ago--a mix of demilled USGI parts and nonfunctional replica. Rick almost got sexually excited by the idea of owning such a thing (long enough to sell it for a handsome profit, anyway).

Re: Civilian flamethrower ownership

Of course, you don't have to fill it with anything flammable. Any liquid can be dispersed.
