| Speed up the M3A1 Grease Gun
If anyone here is interested in what I have done and found as a result of doing it, post a reply to that effect and I'll lay it out.

Ditto.. FWIW, some of my guys told me that building up a series of washers on the spring guide rods worked well.

Sorry, I haven't check this spot lately. Here it is - Replaced the original springs with Wolfe 1928/M1/M1A1 Thompson springs. Increased the cyclic rate by 50-100 (estimated) rounds per minute. Easy to do, springs are easily obtained and the increased rate of fire is substantial but does not destroy the handling qualities of the Grease Gun. Try it, you may like it. |
