To ALL, I have an Army "buddy" (He's an EOF, too!) who wants a "replica of a RVN-era M-16". - While I have access to a parts kit for a 1960s Colt rifle, I'll need a 20" barrel to do-up his rifle. Do any of you know where an "20 inch pencil barrel" can be found at a REASONABLE price???? (I'm NOT going to pay "scalper's prices".) yours, sw |

Define "reasonable". There's a slew of barrel makers today. I know some of them offer pencil barrels. Don't know if any offer a 20" pencil barrel. Check Daniel Defense off the top of my head, or the selection at Brownells (includes DD). I haven't looked at any Olympic Arms material for decades, they might do one. If you're looking for vintage, that's gonna be tough in usable condition. |
