This isn't exactly what you might call a battlerifle, but it is a good one. This little Remington 788 in .243 is the most accurate rifle I have ever owned, and I have some good ones. This little rifle is a tack driver.

Oh, you say it has to be a "battlerifle" to count? Please excuse me. Does this one count? If not, I can keep going.

itcboy, those are some very nice rifles. It looks like you take very good care of them. Do you shoot all of them?

I shoot the Garands and the FAL a lot. When I want to plink, I will take out a Mauser. I really dont shoot the M1 Carbine- I think that the price of ammo for that is a rip off. I will shoot the SkS for a lot less in cost and get the same thrills.

Its like eating ice cream- somedays you want vanilla- others you want strawberry.

Nothing more then a quick couple hits with spray paint. Its my battle rifle stock, if I was going for looks then I would have put a nice wood stock on there.

Well I only own one rifle so I guess it will have to do. Call it a cowboy battle rifle. It earned the title I think.
