Welcome. Kick back and look around a while. Don't be afraid to participate, ask questions or contribute. All we ask is that you act respectfully. BTW, new guy has to clean the bathroom. If you do a good job we'll get you a brush.

Welcome to GUNHUB.
+1 to SpecialEd's sentiment. A LOT of knowledgeable people are here, all of whom love guns. BIG guns, little guns, pretty guns, ugly guns, pink guns, black guns, old guns, new guns and just plain guns.

Thanks. As long as It isn't My Toothbrush they will be using, I'll direct the Working Party to whichever Head Ya'll Desire to have 4.0ed.

Thanks Skeptic49, But I've no need to drop anchor and come Ashore just yet. (Raiding Parties are authorized on occasion) Are Ya'll closer to Meehan's or Ann O'Malley's?

Welcome aboard, sir. In deference to veterancy, I think we can waive the "New Guy Buys The Round" guideline... LOL

You'll fit in just fine, I think --while it was not my privilege to serve, the guys here took me under their wing (and have occasionally given the odd bit of needed "toe-of-boot maturity counseling") back when I was a snotnosed college kid and I've been around ever since. LOL

M118LR,

WELCOME ABOARD.

ImVho, you have found the PREMIER gun website on the worldwideweird. = Ask anything about guns/ammo/C&R/etc. & we will have at least ONE person who will KNOW & can offer "on target" advice/help.
(At least I've not ever "stumped" the forum with any of my "somewhat odd" questions, including requests to help me find things that have been obsolete for decades.)

yours, sw

Thanks stand watie, dropped the find thing's question in the M-14 Section under my M-25 post. Looking for a Brookfield Precision Tool Piston that matches the Drawing 7267047 Revision #2, or an equivalent. Thinking of modifying my M1A SM to be more M-25 ish.

I'm at the cheap edge of "World of Golf Village" with the rest of the civil servants, grounds keepers and retired folks.

So the answer to the 64 Thousand Dollar Question would be: Ann O'Malley's

Let me add a belated welcome, M118LR. Welcome aboard, and as they say in my part of the woods, make yourself to home. You'll like it here.

Welcome aboard M118LR with another belated greeting. I'm more an observer than a participant here but seldom a day goes by that I don't learn something. Hope you enjoy the site as much as I do.
