Picture thread?

How come there are no picture thread in the M14 section like in the Garand and Carbine sections?

Would like to see some photos to convince me to add one to my gunsafe.

Awesome pics as always H20man. My wife wouldnt agree. (she says that lookin at H20man's pics gives me ideas..... )

However....... I have been authorized to back H20man up with some more eye candy in the name of a pic thread.............to help other M14'aholics in thier hour of need.......

Note the clean white towel between the rifles, and the floor in some of the pics. My wife didnt like this idea,( some nonsense about grease, and oil on a towel and such) so I cant recomend this to anyone officially, but I think it's kinda cool, and it keeps my babies off the floor......... They could get dirty like that ya know....

Let's just call it "Bushmaster purple" for safety's sake...remember when folks were saying that Bushmaster was turning out purple anodized AR's? Same thing here, it's aluminum and anodized, and in the right light, it apparently appears a little "purplish"...in person, it looks very black and evil, FWIW, very, VERY masculine. Matter of fact, I had to shave it right before the pic, it grows hair all over itself so quickly. It also holds doors open for the ladies and knows how to use a cutting torch.

Thank you, Sir. I was getting nervous but I feel safe now.

My one and only M1A/M21 system

I have not done any long distance shooting with it yet, but I have been having fun with it. I did take it out last year to hunt white tail deer. I took 2 doe.

I bought the ART II scope and case from a friend, who purchased it from the CMP back in '96 or'97. I had to make the tapped charging block from a USGI stripper guide.

Enjoy!

Mike
