Bellmore Johnson Tool Co. (Hamden, CT) made M14 sear releases for a 1967 contract. Exar Industries, Inc. (Reading, PA) made M14 front sights in 1992.

North & Judd Manufacturing Co. (New Britain, CT) made cadmium plated small arms sling metal hardware parts in the 1960s. North & Judd also had a plant in New Haven, CT. The company was acquired by Gulf & Western Industries in 1967. It later moved to Middletown, CT. Manufacturing operations included machining and stamping, degreasing, painting and lacquering, and metal finishing and plating. If you see a small anchor on the keeper/clasp, it was made by North & Judd. Credit to Bill Ricca for assisting with this.

Case, Small Arms, Ammunition. M-1956, from 1969. DSA 100-68-C-2552. FSN 8465-647-0852. Holds 2 M-14 20 rnd mags, or 7 M-1 enblock clips. OD canvas. One of those great accessories to go along with your M-14.

Torrington Company (Torrington, CT) made M14 gas cylinders for Harrington & Richardson Arms Co. The Torrington Co. gas cylinders are marked with a letter T inside a circle.

Swank, Inc. (then Attlebore, MA) made the M14 selector lock for Olin Mathieson Chemical Corporation (Winchester) in 1961.

Precision Gage Co., Inc. (Chicago, IL) produced the gas cylinder plug gage (part number 7274755).
