I have a Kahr m1 carbine..have a problem with the
gas piston/nut..........the stake to hold it in place was not deep enough and the nut backed out....i researched this site early November and got good info....but, there are apparently two profiles on the nut head and two wrenches, to match each design.....i have one of the wrenches and question how do I ensure buying the correct nut to match and screw into my unit? would Kahr likely have a log of the parts installed in my carbine? so i could match them up.? thanks in advance.......Tom, in Texas.......

Send it back to Kahr. They will repair it at no charge. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EFFECT THE REPAIR YOURSELF! You will void the warranty.
