NCSA, Ltd and Thunder Valley Rifle Range.
North Coast Shooters Association, Ltd
We have a treat in store for the shooting community. We have just added Thunder Valley Rifle Range, Plainfield, Ohio to the match shooting roster.
This will be a .50 caliber MILITARY bullet match only!
FMJ, Incendiary, API and AP. The course of fire has yet to be determined. It may be 600 yard and 1,000 yard or all at 1,000 yards. There will be side matches at the 1700 yard target as well. The side match at 1700 will allow match grade bullets.
The dates are May 29-June 1, 2008
As an additional bonus for the shooters we are looking at Saturday night for putting on a night shoot at 1,000 yards with ANY military bullet including tracers, APIT and spotter tracers. The tracers will be dependent upon weather and range conditions.
We are looking at setting up one Sunday a month for a practice day at Thunder Valley. The cost will be $20-$25 for all day plus $3 per target if you need targets. Clay birds are on the berm for amusement shooting as well. Nothing like shooting clay pigeons at 1,000 yards!
Bringing the Eastern U.S. Alive for places to shoot your .50 calís!
