Here Comes Lithuania: NATO Ammo

Worth a look. It seems Lithuania is getting into the Ammunition Manufacturing business.

Here is their take on NATO-Comatible, NATO-Spec 5.56 ammo.

Beware of CTD...

Other than that, more supply means lower prices. And that, in the words of Martha Stewart, is A Good Thing...

There are rumors CTD still has a Concord on call to explain their delivery prices.

I bought 500 rounds of 7.62X39 and 1000 of XM-193 back in early 2011, and the prices weren't TOO awful, even including delivery.

They still send me a circular very month or so, even though I haven't bought anything from them since.

Persistent critters.

Yah, they were the only source I could find of 110gr standard pressure .38 Special Winchester Silver Tips a few years ago. Shipping was interesting.

I am now using Hornady reduced pressure .38 Special loads in both revolvers, because my wife can handle the recoil.

Lithuania would love to join NATO. I think Russia-Lithuania is an area of conflict to keep your eye on over the next 4 years. If you ask me Lithuania is playing with fire courting NATO. What they think they're going to hold off, may end up being the precipitating event that causes a Russian invasion.
