Buying ammo in Denver

My brother recently bought an AR-15 and he lives in Denver. He was wondering where he can buy .223 ammo in larger quantities than 20 round boxes. He'd like to be able to buy at least 250 rounds because it's cheaper. He saw Cabela's has 250 rounds of bulk ammo for $120/250 rounds plus shipping so if it's cheaper than that, he'd definitely be interested.

If anyone has any advice, I will pass it on and he'd appreciate it.

Re: Buying ammo in Denver

Any time recently I've ordered popular bulk ammo (.223, 30, from the large catalog companies, it gets backordered. Then the backorder date gets pushed back.

Have him go to a gun show. Early.

I'll mention that to him, but he travels quite a bit so he usually misses the shows. Thanks though!

Try here, Eric is good to deal with. All the 5.56 / .223 you can shoot.
